ECP again delists PTI's foreign funding case
ISLAMABAD (Dunay News) - The Election Commission once more delisted the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) foreign funding case from its cause list.
The hearing for this case, originally set for September 26, has been rescheduled.

In the previous hearing's order, it was stipulated that PTI must furnish a final response regarding the show cause by August 22 and failure to comply would trigger the Election Commission's pursuit of the case.

The Election Commission further clarified in its direction that should a final response not be forthcoming, a final decision would be reached based on the available records.
